Samples will be distributed to the audience for observation. An accompanying power point presentation will be utilized to further illustrate the processes and procedures |
Dennis DaudelinJune 26, 2012 After Dennis became competent on the lathe, he wanted to pass on what he learned to people with the same interest. He’s conducted over 100 classes and demonstrations at local woodturning clubs and also clubs in Sarasota, Florida, his winter home.He will bring a collection of wood-stemmed glasses for show and tell and then demonstrate how to make one. This should be a fun demonstration and hopefully one that opens up some new horizons. Dennis states “To me turning is not about only making one item (most turners start with bowls) but about the wide range of things that can be turned on the lathe!”Check out www.daudelin.net for his gallery. |
